How do i use LURE growth serum?

We advise that the lash serum be used morning and night across the lash line and in-between the lashes evenly.

This is a really important question. Of course, you need to be aware and cautious about any product you use on your face - especially a product you use so close to the eye.

We care about you and want you to have your dream lashes without any irritation. This is why our Serum is vegan, cruelty-free and hormone-free. It is also filled with natural ingredients that have been chosen for their lash growth benefits. All of this works together to nourish your eyelashes to give you healthy, strong and long lashes.

Can i wear makeup whilst i use the serum?

Absolutely! Wearing mascara will not effect your lash growth as long as you are removing your makeup properly before bed. If you are fully removing all makeup residue from the eyes and consistently applying your Serum then you will see results in no time…

What most people don’t know is that they can be causing damage to the lashes, and ultimately lash loss, through their chosen makeup removal method. Rubbing your eyes with wipes or cotton pads is actually terrible for your lashes, and can cause your lashes to fall out or break.

Instead, we advise our customers to gently press a cotton pad soaked in makeup remover to a closed eye and let that sit for at least 10-50 seconds before gently pulling away to loosen the

What Happens if I stop using the serum?

In order to continue seeing your results, we advise you continue using your Serum. Just like the hair on your head, if you stopped using conditioner your hair would stop being so soft. So, you really do need to keep using your Serum in order for your lashes to continue growing and glowing…

However, once you feel you have reached your desired results we advice you go from using your serum nightly to 2-3 times a week as this will allow you to sustain your results.

But, ultimately, if you stop using our Serum your lashes will return to their pre-treatment state.

Is Your Serum Safe for sensitive eyes?

Great Question! Our Serum is formulated with natural ingredients that should not be harmful to sensitive skin. However, patch testing is recommended in case you have an allergy to any of the ingredients included.

Simply apply the serum to a small area such as a corner of your forehead, behind your ear or the side of your neck. There should be no other products on the skin so that you can properly test this product. Then, wait around 24 hours to see if you have any skin sensitivity. If there is no sensitivity, you're good to go!

How much serum should i apply?

Great question! You do not want to be wasting your product, nor do you not want to be using it to the fullest.

In our opinion, one stroke per eye is plenty. You should take one single dip into our serum bottle followed by one stroke along the lash line, and inbetween the lashes to promote new growth. Repeat this on both eyes, ensuring the lash root is thoroughly coated and that the serum is given time to dry fully.

When will i see results?

The speed of results can differ. In our experience, many customers begin to see results in weeks 4-6. But, for a full transformation, you need to be using our Serum consistently for a minimum of 12 weeks.
